Sales
Correct Carbon takes no responsibility for any errors and omissions made by Purchasers when entering their data into the Correct Carbon web calculators. When a Purchaser makes a payment to offset his CO2 emissions Correct Carbon will add the CO2 emissions to its liabilities and will fund projects on the purchaser's behalf that will make a reduction in atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations over time compared to a business as usual scenario. The Purchaser will receive a certificate, sent by email, to demonstrate that the emissions are being offset. The Purchaser will not receive title to the emissions reductions achieved by any of Correct Carbon's emission reduction projects. Once emissions reductions have been cancelled by Correct Carbon, third party confirmation certificates will be made available by Correct Carbon for inspection. Correct Carbon undertakes not to sell any emissions reductions to more than one party.
Emissions Calculations
Correct Carbon takes its best endeavours to base its emissions calculations on the most up to date emissions factors published by reputable sources. These emissions factors can and do change over time as fuel prices and other factors fluctuate. If new information is published, Correct Carbon will not assume a responsibility to alter its emissions reductions liability for calculations that it has done in the past.
Verification
Each of Correct Carbon projects has its emissions reductions monitored by a third party to at least the VER 1 standard. Some of the projects we offer provide additional accreditation to this minimum standard.
Refunds
You have the right to cancel within seven days from purchase or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment returned.
Products must be returned to our office in working condition including all packaging - within 90 days. Carbon Offset certificates will be cancelled from our database.

Data Protection
Correct Carbon is committed to retaining the confidentiality of its customers and will not pass personal data on to any third party. However, where we have websites that are co-branded with a partner organisation we may in some circumstances be required to share information on the identity of parties making a purchase with the partner organisation. If this is the case, you will be asked separately whether you wish to receive further communications from that partner.
Law
Any purchase on this site will be covered by the laws of England and Wales. Correct Carbon Ltd. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
